Edinburgh. The other larger, busier areas of Falkirk and Stirling are only
a 10-15 minute drive from the house and a load of great shops and
supermarkets are a five minute drive from the house.

I am now living in Cyprus and endured a really bad car accident that ha
seen me in hospital for two years (in and out of care) so now that I am
out and able to walk and talk again I find I need a very urgent eye
operation as I will lose my sigh otherwise so need to be able to fund this.
This is why I am reluctantly selling my home and am in a great rush to
do so as my eye operation is within two weeks.

I have spoken to a company similar to yourselves but am looking for
more money than they will provide. With my mortgage to pay off plus the
eye opertion and a couple of other operation I would need much nearer
£200k, which means a £50k profit for yourselves.

The Home Report, done within the last fortnight is showing £235 but
local agents who know how rare it is for this type of house to come up
for sale in the area are all confident that £250 can be reached.

I am due to give a decision today at 10am to the other company so
hoping we could reach an agreement that would make me say yes to
